It's one of the most common questions we hear, and the honest answer is that it depends on you. For many people a check-up every six months is ideal, while others with excellent oral health may be fine with annual visits.

Why regular check-ups matter

Routine examinations let us catch problems early, when they're simplest and least expensive to treat. At each visit we'll:

  • Check your teeth, gums and soft tissues
  • Look for early signs of decay or gum disease
  • Discuss any concerns you may have
  • Recommend a recall interval that's right for you

Don't forget your hygienist

Professional hygiene visits remove the build-up that brushing alone can't reach, helping to prevent gum disease and keep your smile feeling fresh. Our hygienists will also share practical tips for caring for your teeth at home.

If it's been a while since your last visit, there's no need to worry, we'll take good care of you. Get in touch to book your check-up.
